Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy is limited to the following prerequisites; The return time frame is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges over $7,500.00 required premanagement approval. If the product does not work properly, please give us the opportunity to offer you support based on our knowledge of the products to solve the problem so that we can have a chance to make it right prior to seeking a refund. A receipt from purchase is required for a return to be processed. No refund or exchange on electrical parts, vaccines, baby chicks, the feed will be honored unless preapproved by a manager.
